紫苏饼 Shisho Cookies

┃材料┃
牛油100克、糖粉60克、蛋黄2个、紫苏拌饭料6克、樱花盐
2克(随意)、红色素适量(随意)、蛋糕粉40克(筛过)、栗
米粉110克(筛过)
┃装饰┃
糖渍红樱桃
┃做法┃
1. 把牛油和糖粉搅拌至发起。(图1)
2. 加入蛋黄、紫苏拌饭料、樱花盐及红色素,搅拌均匀。

3. 加入全部粉料,搅拌均匀。(图5-6)
4. 装入挤袋,随意挤出形状。(图7)
5. 用一小块樱桃装饰。(图8)
6. 放入预热至170℃的烤炉里烤13分钟即可。

┃INGREDIENTS┃
100g butter, 60g icing sugar, 2 nos egg yolk, 6g Ume
shisho powder, 2g salt pickled sakura(optional), red
colouring optional, 40g cake flour (sifted), 110g corn
flour (sifted)
┃GARNISHING┃
Glazed red cherries
┃METHOD┃
1. Cream butter and icing sugar. (pic 1)
2. Add in the egg yolk, ume shisho powder, salt pickled
sakura and colouring. (pic 2-4)
3. Fold in the flours ingredients and mix well. (pic 5-6)
4. Pipe into desired shape. (pic 7)
5. Garnish with a small piece of cut cherry. (pic 8)
6. Bake the cookies at 170°C for 13 minutes.
